Bulgarian properties free Viewing trips

We have released set price viewing trips to Bulgaria. Each trip consists of return flights from a London based airport ( new destinations added ),
two/ three nights accommodation and all transfers.
The price is only £ 250 per person.

Basic steps for organising a viewing trip :

1. Contact us to help you decide which investment areas and properties would be suitable for you .
2. Make the payment of £ 250 fee per person travelling and informs us of available dates.
3. We arrange return flights from the UK together with two/three nights accommodation in 3 / 4 * star hotels.  Please note, clients will need to make their own arrangements to and from the UK airport.
4. We collect our clients from the Bulgarian airport and transfer them to their accommodation.
5. The client is taken on a one-on-one viewing trip, first we show the area to get the feel of it and then we take clients to the properties of their interest, answering all questions.
6. Meetings with Bulgarian lawyer / accountant and investment advice provided
7. The client is transferred back to the airport.

If the clients wishes to arrange their own flight tickets then we can arrange all their stay in Bulgaria inlcuding 2/3 night accomodation and all transferrs for the price of £ 150 .

However, the client is under no obligation to stay in our hotels or to feel 'trapped' into remaining with our Bulgarian representatives whilst they are on their viewing trip. We will help you with information and assistance so the client makes the right decision for their investment

How the viewing trip is Free ?

We fully refund the viewing trip fee for one person if you purchase a Bulgarian property through us ! This is valid with full viewing trip package with us !
